He brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, technology, infrastructure, and systems strengthening across public, private, and international development sectors. His expertise spans transportation systems, energy, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), digital technologies, and infrastructure planning. Dr. Marwanga has supported multidisciplinary initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, strengthening institutional capacity, and promoting sustainable development.
